  • Tinnitus on and off
  • Double vision
  • Trouble having conversations at times
  • Hearing loss
  • Swaying
  • Turning to ears to hear
  • Lighting sensitivity
  • Nerve like pain deep in the ears
  • Sound sensitivity (like needles)
  • Presyncope
  • Relentless dizziness

Quick Tips:
Stress amplifies symptoms.
Eat healthy and stay hydrated.
Don’t drive on bad days.
Don’t work far from home.
Don't be embarrassed to tell people you work with.
If you have bad allergies take your medicine every day.
SSRI anti-anxiety meds were a miracle. Don’t NOT take this your body need less stress and time to heal the nerves. It cannot do this alone with this condition. I was soo anti-medication before this.
Grieve and come to terms that it may stay for a while. Don’t stop living a normal life though.
Stay active and push yourself.
Not everyone will understand what you are really going through push those people to the side. They will decrease your recovery time with the extra stress.
People are jerks don't try to be a pleaser.
Get a dog.
Get support.
Stay in perspective. Although this is an awful ailment of eyes, balance memory and hearing all together…others have worse things like cancer. Remember that.
Use humor whenever possible.
